Recommended daily serving:
Cod Liver Oil:
- For adults and children 6 years and older: 2 teaspoons (10 ml.)
- For children over 6 months up to 5 years: 1 teaspoon (5 ml.)
- Each bottle contains 240ml, the ideal portion for about a month.
Fish Oil:
- For adults only, 1 teaspoon (5ml)
- Each bottle contains 240ml, the ideal portion for about 2 months.
Each bottle is 240 ml, and the daily serving is 5 ml or 10 ml, depending on the product and the person taking it. Cod Liver Oil lasts approximately one month for an adult and two months for a child under 5 years old. Fish Oil lasts approximately two months for an adult.
All Lýsi oils can be stored at room temperature while sealed. Once opened for consumption, they should be refrigerated until the product is finished.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. After opening, keep refrigerated. When refrigerated, Cod Liver Oil may become cloudy. This does not affect the product's quality. Free of mercury, toxins, and contaminants.
When you open a new Lýsi, we recommend cutting the top of the box and leaving the bottom part open, just enough to fit the bottle inside. Like all oil bottles, a little bit of oil can sometimes leak, which can help keep your refrigerator clean.
We do not recommend taking any Lýsi product if you are allergic to fish or shellfish. This product is 100% fish oil. It is free of all toxins, mercury, and contaminants; however, it may cause an allergic reaction if you already have a fish or shellfish allergy.
